Silver Belt – Lean Six Sigma

The purpose of this programme is to enable participants to apply the thinking and techniques of process improvements in their everyday roles such as:

• Improving the processes they manage in an effective manner
• Solving problems in a structured way
• Collaborating with improvement projects that impacting their work.

This course is highly recommended for Managers of departments and functions. Senior managers wishing to start their own learning in leading their functions in a process-driven manner. The course is structured as a six day learning intervention, with a two day modular approach.

Green Belt

Engage in a 2-week Six Sigma Green Belt training that uses a structured methodology to teach Six Sigma process improvement tools and techniques. Delegates share their experience throughout training and leave understanding the importance of appropriate team processes in achieving and maintaining
improvement.
The programme is split into two modules of 5 days each, with a month in between.
Green Belt training is appropriate not only for those selected to be improvement project team leaders but for local directors and any leader or facilitator whose job includes process improvement and management.

Black Belt

A 4-week advanced Black Belt training programme (including a Green Belt component) equips delegates to lead or facilitate critical improvement projects that achieve results.
Much of the programme’s statistical analysis requires Minitab software, for which we can provide licences at preferential rates. Delegates must also have full-time use of a laptop.

Yellow Belt – E-learning
