Open Symphony OSWorkflow’s big advantage is it is extremely flexible to integrate and affords clients a solution that is not generic with common business process management constraints. The system can be tailored to fit very specific client needs although some programming will be required. It is also an open source system, so alot of costs will be saved as opposed to other commercial systems.
