His key qualifications include: Masters in Business Leadership (MBL) (UNISA), B Sc Engineering (UCT), South African Execellence model training (SAEF), ISO9000 Quality representative (Germany), Process Improvement Strategist (United Kingdom), Advanced process architecture design and modelling techniques in “Aris”,Train the Traininer, Time measurement and capacity model design, (IBC Software) facilitation and defect eradication process, Advanced Project Management, Advanced Statistical Process Analysis (SPC), Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA), Quality Representative Certificate (DGO – Germany)
CHAIRMAN – JACK MAZWI
Jack is the founder and principal consultant of the Tipp FOCUS Consulting business unitAs chairman of the group, Jack has ample experience in Project / Programme Management, Business Process integration / re-engineering, Strategy formulation, Quality Management Systems, Information Technology and Change Managment.

With a B Sc Comp Sc at the University of Fort hare, Business Computing Diploma, Masters of Commerce (MCOM) and a qualified Project Management Professional (PMP), Jack’s specialty ranges from strategy

facilitation, systems development lifecycle expert, and a consulting capacity that includes IT strategy, systems development, electronic QMS implementations and business process improvements. Jack is also a seasoned systems requiremnt facilitator and specialist and is passionate about using best practice models, utlizing his diverse international and local experience in an integrated approach.

 

MFMP & AAT PROGRAMME MANAGER - COLLEEN ROBINSON
Colleen has over 12 years experience at a senior management level at both Local Government and National Government. 5 of these years she held the position of Chief Financial Officer at National and Local Government Level.For the past two and a half years, Collen has been actively involved in consulting and facilitation of learning programmes in Strategic Management, Financial Management and Human Resource Management.
