- Partnering with the client by becoming an integral part of their business – this will enable TIPP to gain an in-depth understanding of their goals and imperatives.
- Effective Transfer skills and knowledge from the Facilitators to the learners.
- To ensure that there is Continuous learning even after training.
- Involvement of all key stakeholders – our approach is participative and consultative in nature, we identify all key stakeholders and understand their expectations upfront. We develop clear involvement strategies that we manage throughout the project.
- Deep knowledge of the client’s strategy, policies and procedures – the big picture in terms of understanding our customers business environment is critical to us, it ensures that our solutions are clearly aligned to our customers business strategy.
- Knowledge Sharing – we will share our knowledge with the client at all levels of interaction, this will include best practices, tools and methodologies, past experiences and lessons learnt from similar interventions that we have performed.
- Customer Focus – we put our customers first in everything we do, we let our customers define the required outcomes of what we do for them
- Implementable Training – if our training solutions cannot be implemented, we do not offer them. We often do not offer pre-packaged training solutions to our customers, and rather develop relevant and tailored training solutions with our customers.
- No rework, No extra and hidden costs – we take pride in the work we deliver and at all times ensure that there is no rework, our proven, rigorous and structured methodologies provide us with consistent excellence in the work we do.
- Flexibility and responsiveness – even though we have our structured methods that we follow, we do not rigidly adhere to these where flexibility is been called for, we are very responsive to the unique challenges of our customers.
- Adherence to timelines – where we agree timelines with our customers, we closely monitor these and adhere to them. We however recognise that this should not compromise the quality of our deliverables. We take full accountability for milestones and quality deliverables.
