The Tipp Focus Group is an umbrella name for the consolidation of four organisations that function as separate entities, each relative to their specific services and client needs, but under one body. The group was formed on the basis of being one of the most recognised names in the field of business each company belongs to, and since the name ‘Tipp Focus’ already stood out in most of the sectors, it was simple to align all that we had done, and all that we wanted to achieve, and all that we still do, into one common empire, now called – The Tipp Focus Group.

Amongst many of the accolades and achievements we have had in our different business units, we further embarked on establishing the significance of this joint venture by incorporating all our development programs under the Tipp Focus Group. The implementation of these programmes not only emphasises our core vision and mission as the Tipp Focus Group, but also brings into perspective the aim behind the merger, which is the unity of our Team, Individual, Process and Performance philosophy – TIPP.

This venture has brought about significant changes and developments in terms of who we are as an organisation. We have had to embark on various programmes in order to portray our involvement in terms of social development with regards to giving back to society.

The Tipp Focus Group has various initiatives that we have embarked on towards our country. The implementation of programmes such as our Graduate Development Programme, our partnership with clients assisting Youth Development, and rendering our core services to underprivileged organisations or institutions have been our core essence of our social investment. We have these programmes running on an annual basis, to ensure that we are constantly doing all we can for the uplifting of our community.

Tipp Focus as an organisation has played a significant role in establishing a well recognised brand.
